ABOUT LITEGRID

Litegrid Holdings Limited (Litegrid) is a privately held ICT group based in Hong Kong. The Company was established in 2013 to invest in IT, telecom and related infrastructure and services throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Litegrid’s foundation asset is the Hong Kong Metropolitan Area Network Project (MAN Project), a collaborative investment and construction arrangement with a blue chip utility group in Hong Kong to roll-out an advanced fibre optic network in Hong Kong, targeting carrier, enterprise and other high bandwidth customers. The network will utilize existing aboveground and underground infrastructure to make it one of the most reliable networks in Hong Kong.

MAN Project creates a solid foundation platform for Litegrid to develop adjacent businesses – we have a mandate to invest, develop or acquire complementary businesses to create synergies within our portfolio and to realize our vision and mission.
